Processing & Shipping

Ready-to-ship items will ship within 2-3 business days. If you need an item by a certain date please feel free to contact us!

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. All shipping services will come with tracking and you will receive this by email. If you don’t get an email please let us know!

We do not offer refunds or replacements if an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error (please carefully review your info before checking out, errors occasionally happen with Paypal or with autocorrect). 

Although shipping issues and delays are out of our control, please feel free to reach out to us if this happens. Packages are very seldomly lost for good, 99.9% of the time we are able to work with USPS/UPS to find it. We are not responsible for lost packages but if this happens, let us know so that we can look into it. 

We do not offer reimbursements for late packages as delays are just part of shipping at times, especially around the holidays. 

 International

We do ship internationally! The buyer will be responsible for the customs forms and all taxes and fees required to claim the parcel (this is usually around 20% of the value for many countries). Please note that we declare the listed sale price of items on my customs forms.

 Sizing

The sizing for all pieces will be described in the listing. If you are not sure of your ring size please feel free to contact us!

Safety

Salty Boat Studio jewelry tries to capture ocean animals in an accurate way. Due to this, some jewelry pieces may have sharp edges and should be worn with care as not to cause physical injury or damage to clothing. Salty Boat Studio jewelry should not be worn by children. 

 Returns

We accept returns on most ‘ready-to-ship’/‘shop update’ pieces - however, please let me know within 5 days of receiving your piece. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom orders, made-to-order rings, rings that have been resized, and other personalized orders.
