Returns & Refunds
If you have problems with your order, please contact us through the website or by email saltyboatstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
We accept returns on ready-to-ship (non-custom, shop update) pieces. However, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your piece if possible. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be made (minus fees) once items are received by us. If you decide to return an item past the 5 day time frame, please contact us and we can work out a solution!
If any jewelry arrives damaged, please let us know ASAP with photos of the damaged item(s) and also the damaged box/package. Damage must be caused by the shipping carrier, not normal wear & tear or an accident made by the wearer.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error (please carefully review your info before checking out, errors occasionally happen with Paypal, Apple Pay, or with autocorrect).
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on custom or personalized orders (commissions). However, if the custom item is damaged in transit or the sizing is completely off, please contact me and we can work out a solution!
