Shipping policy
Most items will ship within 2-3 business days. Processing and shipping times vary for “made-to-size” and custom orders (these orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to make and ship). If you need an item by a certain date please feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do to help!
Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Ground or USPS Priority. We use UPS for some international orders or upon request.
We do not offer refunds or replacements if an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error (please carefully review your info before checking out, errors occasionally happen with Paypal or with autocorrect).
Although shipping issues and delays are out of our control, please feel free to reach out to us if this happens. We do not offer reimbursements for delayed packages as delays are just part of shipping at times, especially around the holidays.
Packages are very seldomly lost for good, 99.9% of the time we are able to work with USPS/UPS to find it. We are not responsible if a package is lost, but if this happens please let us know so that we can look into it.
