Blue sponge coral set in 14k yellow gold-fill. The back of the stone setting is sterling silver. The light blue highlight seen on the stone is a reflection of the sky. Comes with an extra dot stacker ring in gold-fill.
Size US 7. Can also fit a 6.75.
