This cuff best fits 6-7 inch wrists. Cuff measures 5.5 inches with a 1 inch gap. Cuff can be adjusted and shaped slightly using firm but controlled pressure. Try not to open cuff to take on and off. Just place the opening on the side of your wrist (smallest part) to slide on.
