Cuff best fits 6-7 inch wrists. Cuff measures 5.5 inches with a 1 inch gap.
Adjust cuff using a gentle squeeze or pull. Cuffs do not slip over the hand, rather hook cuff onto the side (smallest part) of your wrist to put on.
